5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • In original packaging with receipt/order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, custom-made garments, and items without original tags cannot be returned.

5.4 Refunds
