Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment)

International Orders: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To maintain our high standards of quality, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a copy of your receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process
