Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made garments
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging and include your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Upon receipt, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you of the status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval (processing times vary by bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved
If your exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
