   The fit was perfect. I’m 5ft.9in. And it fit as a perfect tea length. Very slimming and easy to wear while looking very elegant.

   I had to return this dress. The skirt portion was adorable and I just loved how it fit and looked. But in the XL size, the jersey top was completely open. It did not look at all like the photograph, which shows the top wrapped demurely across that woman’s chest, leaving a normal open “V”. On me, it was hanging wide open and loose. It had way too much fabric. (I am a 40DD, so it’s not like I had nothing to fill it out!) When I tried to tug it closed over my chest, the folds in the fabric looked hideous. I was not going to pay for alterations on a dress that costs $188, so back it went. BTW, it is not a “faux” belt; it is an actual cloth belt that goes through the belt loops and can be removed.

   This dress is gorgeous! I needed a dress for my cousin’s wedding and this one is perfect. I am in between a size 14 and 16, so I sized up to the 16 and it is a little big but the belt helps. The skirt is beautiful and the dress is comfortable. I will be able to wear this dress to several different functions. So glad I placed this order and got the last dress available.

   This dress was too big for me. I’m very short and need a petite, so the bodice was too long and the skirt was way too long. It is a lovely dress though. Well made and comfortable. It would be more convenient if it were a true wrap top that could be tightened. That would have made it more adjustable to more women. (I found that the v-neck gaped open. (but of course the whole thing was too big for me so maybe that wouldn’t have been a problem for someone who was a true size 8.) It was also heavy–I need a dress for an August wedding and I thought this would have been a great dress for cooler weather.

   I bought this in a 6 and an 8, but what I need is a 6P or possibly a 4p, but those are nowhere to be found. It was too long and the surplice top gaped open (and it’s not adjustable). Pretty dress though. The rosettes are appealing: dressy but not too flashy. Soft and forgiving and you can wear any bra with no strap issues. It is a warm dress; the top is thick and soft and the bottom is multi-layer. So it would be a good choice for a not-too-hot occasion.

    I did not know this Dre’s has sequins all over the skirt. I’m not someone who likes sequins, so have to return.

    Very nice dress. Fit true to size. Fabric is wonderful. Elegant looking. Just too dressy for my affair.
